When John was growing up in London , England his family had a Beef Roast every Sunday. In Our Home We have one Once a Month ! I change it up every time.

This Sunday Chuck Roast prepared in my Presto Electric Pressure Cooker W/sweet Onions .  Roasted sliced potatoes…and a pinwheel of sliced Apples & red onions. and heavens…do not forget the spoons of Horshradish !

John just looked at this picture and said “I could eat it all over again !
